I have a Laptop and I would like to utilize the Presenter view option ( I will read from my laptop while the corresponding slide is displayed on the external monitors. I will have total control of the slides). This will require that I have my PC Laptop on the podium with me. *****************Please note that this option is only available for PC Laptop users, not MAC users. Your PC Laptop will be connected to our system using an HDMI input so your laptop must have an HDMI port
I prefer control my own slide presentation? I have my own laptop with a remote control. ************Please note, this would require that you give your PC Laptop or Mac Book to the AV team to connect to the system. In this option you will not have your laptop on the podium
I prefer not to control my slide presentation I will request the "next slide" when I am ready to advance the presentation to the next slide. ***************Please note that with this option, I will either send my presentation files (in PC format) to load on the AV team's computer or I will be bringing my PC laptop or MAC and will hand it over to the AV team to connect to the system. The AV team will advance the slide in both scenario
